- 1/2 cup(s) of pineapples (crushed)

Steps
1. In a bowl, stir in cooking crème, coconut milk, pineapples, and ginger
2. Heat butter in a frying pan, shrimp and butter until shrimp are light pink in color
3. Add in creamy mixture stir on a medium heat for approximately 10 minutes
4. Reduce to a low heat and simmer for approximately 10 more minutes.
5. Allow to cool and serve over rice
