The pineapple and coconut milk combine with the Garlic Savory Cooking Crème creates a bold flavor. The thick sauce is a party pleaser.

Ø  Servings: 6
  • 1 pound(s) of Shrimp (medium)
  • 1 cup(s) of Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) of pineapples (crushed)
  • 1 Butter (stick)
  • 10 ounce(s) of Savory Garlic Cooking Crème
  • 1 tsp. of Ginger powder
        1.    In a bowl, stir in cooking crème, coconut milk, pineapples, and ginger
        2.    Heat butter in a frying pan, shrimp and butter until shrimp are light pink in color
        3.    Add in creamy mixture stir on a medium heat for approximately 10 minutes
        4.    Reduce to a low heat and simmer for approximately 10 more minutes.
        5.    Allow to cool and serve over rice
